At Gusti Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the unused leather product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
